  Last year when Pilobolus created an art car safari as part of the third annual Five Senses Festival, the endeavor was a response to the COVID-19. But with COVID-19 infections less extensive as last year at this time, the Washington, Conn.-based dance troupe still sees a need for the opportunities the traveling art safari provided. And that is the centerpiece of “Bloom,” its new endeavor offered at Sunny Meadow Farm in Bridgewater now through Sunday. The art car safari spearheaded last year by Pilobolus allowed guests to travel inside their car from stage to stage. On these stages, they would see vocal, instrumental and dance performances. Guests were able to get out of their cars to watch, but they would still be socially distanced.
