The prospective changes, which would cost an estimated $4.5 million, include replacing the tennis courts, installing a new parking lot, relocating the skate park and setting up a multiuse sports court.
At Memorial Park, e-bikes will only be permitted on the designated multiuse path that runs from the Log Cabin parking lot to the Red Hill Shopping Center.
