In photos obtained by The Sun, the bulge from Josh’s ankle monitor could be seen under his jeans as he walked from the court house to his attorney Travis Story s black Suburban.

JOSH Duggar pleaded not guilty in court and will remain in jail without bail following his arrest on Thursday, as he s banned from being near minor when he s released.
The Sun can exclusively confirm Josh, 33, appeared in district court on Friday for his arraignment.

Josh appeared to be in good spirits during the video arraignment, as he was seen smiling in his jail attire while waiting for his case to be heard.
He obtained a lawyer for the hearing, who requested the judge not read the charges at this time.

Duggar was taken into custody in Springdale, Arkansas after turning himself in.
A spokesman for the U.S. Attorney s Office for the Western District of Arkansas confirmed that Duggar made his initial appearance in federal court.
Duggar is seen entering in a white shirt and jeans, wrists handcuffed in front of him.
Sheriffs are then seen removing the handcuffs, and Duggar walks to a bench where he sits down, awaiting booking.
