jung-un. i think that is correct. my assessment is that the big winner in this abrupt breaking of the summit track is in fact china. my suspicion would be that china has frankly encouraged kim jung-un to become in-cal trant. why? it was shaping up to be a u.s./north korea extravaganza with china nowhere on the stage. i think that is unacceptable to china and my guess is that you will now see china attempt to be the broker and subject what frankly we should have had all along which is four party talks. china, u.s., north korea, south korea. at the end of the day to solve this thing, and you know this, all roads to pyongyang lead to by ji beijing. and of course the u.s. has a lot of levers to play against
