Summit Prep and Everest ranked in the top 25% of schools in the San Francisco metro area. This year, U.S. News looked at over 24,000 schools in the country and ranked about 17,860 based on five indicators: college readiness, college curriculum breadth, math and reading proficiency, math and reading performance, and graduation rates. Summit Public Schools, a public school system with schools in California and Washington, has made the U.S. News & World Report rankings every year since 2009.
