Prosecutors have decided not to seek the death penalty against Megan Boswell, who is accused of killing her 15-month-old daughter Evelyn.  Sullivan County District Attorney General Barry Staubus announced the decision Friday at a hearing.  Megan Boswell faces 19 charges in the death of her 15-month-old daughter, Evelyn Mae Boswell, including felony murder and aggravated child abuse. The indictment against Boswell  served up by the grand jury in August  does not offer details on how Evelyn died or an exact date of her death. It lists the date of death as on or about December 2019.
