Taking advantage of the forces around him, Sigma walks inside the building and seems to enjoy playing hide and seek with the duo. Inside the archives room, Gang Seo Hae was puzzled as to why the group was not breaking in and attacking them.
Han Tae Sul explained that they previously left the room during the same timeline, which is why Sigma is just waiting and hasn t given orders to infiltrate the room. Han Tae Sul thinks that someone from the future might read his message and save them.
True enough, the duo finds themselves being rescued by a sniper who single-handedly attacks the Control Bureau forces.
Episode 8 starts with a flashback of Han Tae San (Heo Joon Seok) on the train tracks, and he discovers a man lying down with a briefcase by his side. The man seems to be unconscious and is holding a photo.
When Tae San checks the photo, he was shocked to see that it was him and his brother Han Tae Sul (Cho Seung Woo). The man got up, and Tae San tried to stop him but was distracted by the train, and they went on separate ways. This man is actually Sigma (Kim Byung Chul).

In the previous episodes of the drama, there was a mysterious person hiding in the name of Sigma, which became an interesting topic to the audience.
