ISLAMABAD, Dec. 28 (Gwadar Pro) - Prime Minister Imran Khan has ordered the concerned cabinet members to remain in contact with the dozens of Chinese companies working in Pakistan under China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) to resolve their complaints on priority basis, a senior minister said.
Federal Minister for Planning Development and Special Initiatives Asad Umar told Gwadar Pro that the PM had taken notice of the complaints by some Chinese companies that bureaucratic hurdles were hampering the quick completion of several CPEC projects, especially in the Balochistan province.
“The PM has asked the cabinet members to remain in contact with the Chinese companies and let him know if there is any bureaucratic hindrance,” said the federal minister.
