Losca Kwok considers herself a durian fan - especially as she is able to finish an entire fruit in one sitting. Unified National Networks (UNN) joined the Ramadhan Charity Drive 2021 organised by Society for Community Outreach and Training (SCOT) Brunei.
The annual charity drive aims to aid families across the nation where necessities or essential items are bought with donations from the public and organisations to improve the lives of socio-economically challenged families especially ahead of Aidilfitri.
This year, SCOT celebrated its 10
th anniversary of its Ramadhan Charity Drive by increasing the quota of 100 socio-economically challenged families under the Community Development Department (JAPEM), Brunei Islamic Religious Council (MUIB), Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah and other SCOT beneficiaries to 150 families, and achieved its target from sponsors and the public, making it the most donations delivered to date.
