TARI pledges support to transform sugarcane cultivation and production
Tanzania Agriculture Research Institute (TARI) has pledge to transform sugarcane cultivation and production industry in the country through promotion of research, technology and agriculture best practices to spur the nation economy.

MTIBWA Sugar Estate Ltd has temporarily suspended production following heavy rains that caused water to flow over the temporary bridge used by vehicles to ferry cane from Dakawa farms to the factory.
