KATHMANDU, May 25: Vice President Ram Sahay Prasad Yadav has said he will take initiatives to complete the construction of the National Martyrs Memorial. The Memorial is under construction at Yagyadol (Jagdol) community forest area located at Gorkarneshwor Municipality-4.
