Melbourne, Feb 11 : Former Queensland fast bowler Greg Rowell has been nominated by Queensland Cricket to fill a vacant position on the Board of Cricket Australia. The position was left vacant when Michael Kasprowicz resigned in July last year.
Rowell, 54, played first class cricket for New South Wales, Queensland and Tasmania and was a member of the Australia A one-day team that played against Australia in a World Series Final in 1994-95.
