The board also is scheduled to discuss potential plans to annex some neighborhoods in the unincorporated part of the county during the virtual session. Caucus is set to start at 5 p.m. with the regular meeting following at 6:30 p.m. The public meetings are accessible live online via Zoom and on the city s Facebook page, City of Rome, GA. During the regular meeting, the board is expected to approve the renaming of part of East Third Street leading to the Summit Hill Foods plant formerly Southeastern Mills to Innovation Way.
