without the black women s vote. we are the secret sauce to moving that black vote. and so you have to respect that vote by addressing those issues, front and center. and, of course, policing reform is core to that issue and other forms of criminal justice reform. michael eric dyson, vice president joe biden may be glad to see the discussion shift. biden had about 50% of the support of black voters. after the controversy now, does he risk losing support and goodwill he and any of these candidates really needs? black people are the wred and butter of that party. they are the backbone, substrata. real support comes from black people, especially african-american women, who voted 98% for obama the first time, 96% the second time, who

stabilizer and cross linkers, things i don t even know what they were. you don t want this in your drinking water. it s important to define this. the industry will come out and say, we don t use that much water, a golf course uses more. but when you take the water permanently out of the hydrological cycle, it means you re facing water bankruptcy. when you take that water down into the ground and it never comes back up, it s different than a hydrological cycle. in fracking, you re losing that water permanently. it s stuck down there. and when you re talking about a drought that s caused, in part, by climate change, and we know that natural gas means another 50 years of burning fossil fuels and an enormous amount of leakage of methane into the atmosphere, which is a very potent greenhouse gas, you re talking about accelerating global warming. you re losing the water down into the substrata and it s never coming back out, and at the same time you re worsening conditions that led to the
sitting, circulating, doing nothing, waiting on this static kill that s going on now. had they just kept going, i think they could have already had the well killed instead of doing all this nonsense from the top. and the prospects, as you said, it s going to be a while before we have any idea if the static kill has worked. what is the definition of success and how is it to be determined? well, the way kent wells described it in his very brief briefing today was that they think it s successful if there s zero pressure on the well. and that s the classic definition for a killed well, is one where you have zero pressure showing on the wellhead. of course, here, since it s in 5,000 feet of water, there s going to be hydrostatic pressure, but that pressure on the very top of the well should read zero. but having said that, you don t know if that well s actually killed down below, because all the damage down below, it could be flowing into another zone. it could be flowing someplace else
