addition to what you re talking about in terms of the buzzfeed article and whether or not the president directed michael cohen to lie to congress, which cohen says did he not. cohen does say s, though, that e president s personal attorney reviewed and edited his prepared testimony. he may not have just committed perjury when he spoke outloud to congress, he provided perjury in the statement he provided beforehand and that statement was reviewed, says mike a.m. cohen, by the president s personal attorney. ellie, you re the attorney among us. does that put the personal attorney in any kind of jeopardy here, if they edited, were aware that michael cohen was going in there with dishonest statements? you hit on the key point. if the attorney was aware that was false, 100% that attorney s on the hook for obstruction of justice, witness tampering and suborning perjury. doj has to an extent signed on to michael cohen s version of facts. when michael cohen pled guilty

what salacious material may be out there. and the first thing i thought about is how susseptsible is this president to blackmail? what else is out there, and what should the american people know? does it concern you that michael cohen provided no evidence for at least some of his claims such as his claim that president trump had advance knowledge of the wikileaks e-mail releases? well, i think he pointed he testified that was his knowledge. he said there could be corroboration with the trump s assistant. roger stone could corroborate it. he didn t say trump knew about the content but was aware of the release. but here s the thing. you don t have to buy 100% of cohen s testimony and think that all parts were proven. the parts that were proven with the smoking gun document about the financial fraud and the perjury are enough to be very concerned that this president committed crimes. and even people who are supportive of the president, can they imagine that this lawyer who the rep
his campaign and the russians in order to help turn the election in his favor. and that is stunning. most of the times when we have these hearings they get so overhyped that they don t deliver. this hearing we were told for weeks was not going to be about russia, this hearing s going to be about russia. finally, i think the probably the most serious question if you re a trump supporter is how do all these revelations match up with the written answers he gave mueller? that, because that s where the president has a credible peril. because we know from cohen in another section that the president and his lawyers were looking at his testimony. and so if the president s lawyers didn t know they were encouraging him to lie and suborning perjury or they don t know what the truth was. so we re going to have to see those answers. yeah. i mean, obviously it will be up to the american public what they want to believe and what they want to process today. but i can tell you that there s one part o
