Jammu Tawi, April 16: A delegation of lawyers practising in Jammu Courts today apprised the Chief Justice of J&K High Court, Justice Pankaj Mithal at Jammu about the issues concerning the lawyers and members of public concerned with the court proceedings.
The lawyers submitted a memorandum enumerating their demands for urgent redressal by the chief justice. The lawyers apprised the chief justice on the practical difficulties of virtual hearings in place of physical hearings while observing the SoPs in all courts. According to the delegation Convener Advocate HC Jalmaria, the Chief Justice gave the delegation a patience hearing and assured to consider the issues projected.
