Police recovered the decomposed body of a 23-year old man from an under construction building near the PG Gents’ Hostel in the MKCG Medical College campus. The deceased was identified as Subhashish Achary of Borigumma in Koraput district. He was staying in a private hostel near Goilundi and preparing for an entrance examination for Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER).
