Faridabad police arrested four suspects from Bihar and Gujarat who duped people by promising CNG pump dealerships. Police recovered cash, mobile phones, fake identity cards, and a laptop from their possession. The suspects created fake websites for investors and used to ask interested customers to fill in application forms that required their personal details, including their Aadhaar card numbers. After getting hold of their victims mobile numbers and email ids, the suspects used to send letters and messages to confirm that they had been shortlisted for the dealerships.
