for him to be dead is a-pauling. no way it wasn t a homicide. how does a guy like that end up in a stump ter dumpster? it is highly unlikely he put himself in the dumpster. maybe a thrill kill considering his mental state at the time. the guy was wasted. they are looking at all of the surveillance tapes canvassing the neighborhoods where crash bins were trying to find information. but the thing is he was drugged or drunk no doubt. this was not him. he was acting out of character. he was stumbling around. he was clearly out of it. they are not saying whether or not he did this it was part of the evidence.
