This year, Carroll College and the Associated Students of Carroll College are putting their own spin on the week with "OkSOBERFest" ahead of the Halloween weekend.
Carroll College students are back in class as of this Wednesday morning. They celebrated their first day back with mini muffins and coffee with the President of the college, Dr. John E. Cech.
