Students at Seri Mulia Sarjana School (SMSS) receive robotics educational tools as part of a pilot project initiated by Authority for Info-communications Technology Industry of Brunei Darussalam (AITI) in support of development of coding and computational thinking. Students learn with the assistance of educational smart devices called Bee-Bot and Microbit.
The school’s Year 2 and Year 3 students began a series of training from January 18 to March 6 focussing on simple coding using a smart device, the programmable robot Bee-Bot.
ICT teachers facilitated, and monitored the students’ performance and captured photos of the students to evaluate project’s progress.
