Transparent and we can really go along and seeing what is happening at our sites, knowing that teachers and administration, students and families are not getting the support they need and can easily assume that is because we are not funding appropriately. And so, i think ultimately, this conversation is it is about the Police Department and what we as a School District want to have as far as the relationship with them. And what that really means to people. But its also about the overall just structure that we have that allows for these scenarios to play out. This is happening at our sites, at school sites and i need to be educated to understand they as Authority Figures perpetuate similar instances that cops are doing outside on the streets. I just want to say that even though this has been a very difficult time, i think its also showing us ive been getting a lot of hope from youth and from what im seeing and so a senior with the school of the arts and i think that she excepexemplifies the intelligen, intellect and just the leadership that we see in so many of our youth, including those who are serving on the board with us. And i just really appreciate that shes willing to share her talent with us and i think she serves as an example for adults who should be doing everything we can to support youth.
