Were standing underneath the bridge where that truck was dangling over the side. At least the crane part. 65 feet to the water below. Those 2 employees stuck there had to get rescued. This crew which was a private contractor working for the under side of the bridge when something went wrong. The truck leaned over on 2 wheels those 2 men were left dangling in a bucket at the end of that crane underneath the side of this bridge. They were wearing safety gear at the time. Another truck had to be brought in to rescue them from that initial crane. It took crews a couple hours to get them removed from that area. Connects ports mouth and tibberton. A lot of traffic here early this afternoon as they shut down one of the lanes as they were trying to make this rescue.
