In fact, she doesn’t run at all. But that’s not surprising for a bronze statue  in this case, an ultra-lifelike figure that’s frozen mid-stride on a downtown street corner. The eye-catching artwork, called Shaping Up, was installed Tuesday morning on the red-brick sidewalk at Kings Highway and Tanner Street. It’s the latest display by a local group devoted to bringing sculptures to the borough   Haddonfield Outdoor Sculpture Trust, or HOST. And it’s HOST’s fourth piece by the late J. Seward Johnson Jr., a sculptor whose work frequently resembles actual people dipped in bronze, then painted and preserved in an everyday pose.
