  UNESCO Phnom Penh office is the Grant Agent for the fixed part of the 3rd consecutive Global Partnership for Education grant to support the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) in implementing the Strengthening Teacher Education Programmes in Cambodia (STEPCam), over a three year period from 2018-2021.   UNESCO Phnom Penh is looking for a qualified candidate to join STEPCam team as International Consultant in Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Specialist. The Consultant is required to provide technical support to the planning, monitoring, reporting and evaluation of STEPCam activities.   The International Consultant will work in close consultation and collaboration with the STEPCam team, relevant technical departments of the MoEYS and other development partners.
