No eating or drinking in the hearing room. The boards rules of presentation are as follows appellants permit holders and Department Respondents each are given seven minutes to present their case and three minutes for rebuttal. People affiliate with these parties must include their comments within these 7 or 3 minute periods. Members of the public who are not affiliated with the parties have up to three minutes each to address the board and no rebuttal time may be limited to two minutes if the agenda is long or if there are large number of speakers for cases that have been previously heard. We still dont know much but in the last half hour we have learned that 4 people were killed, 2 of them adults and 2 children based on the layout of the aftermath believed that speeding was involved. A situation not uncommon in this area. We know just one car was involved in the crash. Police say its some sort of electric vehicle, but they are not saying what make or model yet. The crash happened around 9 oclock last night at the area where foothill road switches from 2 lanes down to just one us just south of stone ridge drive the car veered off the road. It slammed into a light pole and then barreled into an oak tree. The tree and the ground around it are burned out.
