Cool weather will soon be a memory for people of the Ohio Valley, and public swimming pools across Wheeling are slated to open for the season — some as soon as next week. Many public pools are currently looking to fill positions for certified lifeguards and other seasonal jobs needed for their operation. WHEELING Don’t let the unseasonably chilly weather fool you summer is on its way, and in the coming weeks, public swimming pools across the city of Wheeling will be opening for the season.
