Pet owners have been left reeling after tainted treats were reportedly left in a Clydebank green space. According to a post on social media shared by the Linnvale Community Group, sausages baited with rat poison were found by a dog walker in the field near Strauss Avenue on Wednesday, June 30. In the original post Christina Tait said: Dog walkers.someone has baited sausages with rat poisoning up linnvale field. Be careful with your dogs x It is thought someone may have left the items there to attract and poison foxes, as a dead one was allegedly found on the pathway in the days previous, reports our sister title The Clydebank Post.
