attitudes, and theirs are changing, as well. absolutely. look, we really saw this in the midterm elections, where men across the country said that they were turning out for democratic candidates in support of the women in their lives and, you know, against the rollback of dobbs. i think that s become really deeply personal for a lot of americans. the more we hear about the stories like this case in texas or gary peters wife who, you know, suffered from horrendous complications, the more men are realizing this is a family issue. this is a freedom issue. it s a health care issue. this has really changed how americans are thinking about the issue. it s becoming very personal. it is becoming very scary. it s becoming very real. you know, republicans, there was a poll that was left sort of sitting on the table after one of the republican strategy meetings, and republicans themselves know that this issue is actually pushing an advantage for democrats, especially among independents. their
that s the goal. absolutely. pete: going into the race, you mentioned before we started the segment, there s strategy meetings. what is joey logano s strategy going 200 laps at 200 miles per hour around the track? score stages and those continue throughout the whole season and we want those points that go along with that and then you want to survive, get to the end of the 500-mile race and that s hard to do a lot of times and positioning yourself towards the front is the best case scenario. most lickly there ll be a likely there ll be a wreck because it s intense and it s the daytona 500 and everyone is racing hard and most likely there ll be a crash and you want to be ahead of it and ups your chance of finishing this thing and if you re there, you re hopefully doing doughnuts at the finish line. pete: psychology to stay out of a wreck to stay in it where there could be another wreck. that s crazy.
eva, you listen. i think that the persistence i think of some of these lies is troublesome, so be told that barrack bottom volleyball story or vergne over again. i think what is being missed is the organizing strength within the district. there are some pretty vocal members and local strategy meetings, or really holding the other long island republicans feet to the fire. they had no choice, really, but to call for santos to resign. because of the heat that they are getting from that community. some of them are telling me they are prepared to come up here in the weeks ahead and speak to whatever house republican will take a meeting with them. ultimately an effort to drive centers out of office. who is taking a meeting with them? i don t think a lot of people except for potentially house ethics. this is why we are talking about it for six months. take the house ethics committee in the office of congressional ethics two separate things, a long time to even acknowledge an inves

..are you afraid for him? i m petrified. i really am. the edge team are facing an ever growing workload. got a lot of meetings to attend there s a lot of strategy meetings, a lot of complex abuse meetings and core groups, so we could alljust support each other in a way. and behind every case, every call, there s a child at risk. the kids who are away on a county line - don t even know- what a county line is. here, it s all about rescuing kids from the gangs driving across the country to pick them up from trap houses or police cells. four lads returned home, they re all home now. they ve all been seen by police and been released. they re back, which is great, but i think the hard work starts now. and more than that, it s about helping them break the links with the gangs, with the gang culture and the criminal underworld. many of the children mixed up in gangs and county lines end up under arrest
