A joint venture of two small businesses has won a potential $215.6 million contract for broad professional services to support the Missile Defense Agency.
MDA selected Strategic Alliance Solutions for the contract that covers a three-year base period and up to five-and-a-half option years, the Defense Department said in its Monday awards digest.
SAS bested two competitors for the contract to carry out what MDA describes as warfighter operational integration advisory and assistance services.
The JV will work with MDA on the continued development and fielding of future missile defense capabilities and assist the agency on other activities related to doctrine, training, leadership, education, personnel, facilities, organization and policies.
