There is a little bit of slow traffic in the construction zone. Traffic is moving relatively well. There was a noninjury accident. That is not causing any major delays. Once you make it into this area, it looks pretty good. Traffic in both directions is moving very well. This is new from vallejo overnight. There was a Deadly Police shooting. Police are investigating. Around 7 40 pm yesterday there was an investigative stop. T
