Watch: 80 firefighters battle blaze after coffin factory hit by lightening
Efforts to quell a major fire that broke out at a coffin maker’s business are likely to continue into Monday, the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service said.
The blaze broke out on Sunday afternoon at O’Doherty and Sons Coffin and Casket manufacturers in Railway Street, Strabane, Co. Tyrone, with reports that it was struck by lightning.
Around 80 firefighters had been dispatched to tackle the fire on Sunday night, with the public urged to avoid the area.
