congregation meeting. they left this morning to move into the residence where they will stay for the duration of the conclave. this will be their sec stqueste residence. the cardinals will be transferred from that residence to the papal palace. they move in procession while s going to the sistine chapel. at 4:45 p.m. rome time all those not having anything to do with the conclave leave the sistine chapel with masters of ceremonies extra omnus all out the great door will be locked to outsiders. they are not obligated to go tonight but if they do they will have just one vote. after wards they will be sewn
