the catholic church for the first time. this morning the vatican has made it clear that bishops and other high-ranking clergy should report sex abuse to police. the vatican has insisted this has been the catholic church s policy. in new guidelines posted today on its website, the vatican made public for the first time an explicit policy of reporting abuse to law enforcement. coming up in our second half hour, we re going live to london for more details on this move by the vatican. new this morning, a russian official says there s no evidence that the seven-year-old boy, who was rejected by his adopted mother has any mental issues. the russian government says 33-year-old tory hanson of tennessee violated her son s adopted rights by putting him on a plane by himself to get him out of america. meanwhile the family of russian diplomats may be in line to adopt this child.

hey there. welcome back to fox & friends adopths in this country as you know an emotional issue and appears it s getting far more emotional now that adoption the between the united states and russia have been completely shut down because of what happened in tennessee. but, go ahead, clayton. go ahead. there s a woman, tory hanson, she s a nurse, she adopted a seven-year-old boy from russia and within i think six months she sent him packing with a one way ticket and put him on a plane after she had her mom do it, and put him on a plane with a note attached to him, sending him back to the adoption and or fannage where she got him. a note says that the child is violent and has sipsychco pat thick issues thises with a her child. and she claims they never told her and she was hoodwinked.
