Georgia investor buys Ruby Tuesday-anchored Bristol property

A freestanding Bristol retail property anchored by Ruby Tuesday has sold for $1.6 million, property records show.  The 6,403-square-foot property at 1444 Farmington Ave. sold in June The buyer was ADC Bristol CT LLC, which is controlled by Thomas Abernathy, who lists a Lawrenceville, Georgia business and residential address, according to the Secretary of the State’s office. The seller was Store Master Funding XIII LLC, which is controlled by Mary Fedewa, Sherry Rexroad and Chad Freed, who each list a Scottsdale, Arizona business address, state records show.
