Rep. Andrew Clyde (R-GA) announced Monday he will use the Congressional Review Act against the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives' (ATF's) pistol/stabilizer brace rule.
Sen. Marshall reintroduced a bill that would protect Americans' second amendment rights from the ATF's proposed registry for firearms with stabilizing braces.
The ATF published its pistol stabilization device rule to the Federal Register this morning. Now, some members of Congress are stepping in to try to stop the new regulation.
