Sukhpal Singh Khaira
Jalandhar: After Enforcement Directorate (ED) raids at his residences in Jalandhar and his native Ramgarh village along with simultaneous raids at residences of his relatives and others on March 9, Bholath MLA Sukhpal Singh Khaira, who was formerly a member of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), has been summoned to appear by ED on March 17 in Delhi.
The summons have been issued by ED assistant director Raja Ram Meena, who is investigating the pertinent case under provisions of Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
Meena has asked the Bholath MLA to appear before him at ED office in Delhi. He has been asked to bring documents with him, a list of which has also been provided.
