HUDSON â A report from a concerned citizen led to a Hudson driver alleged to be intoxicated being removed from the road, Hudson Police Chief L. Edward Moore said Friday.
Kevin M. Breen, 55, of Hudson, was charged with driving while intoxicated, second offense, a class E felony. Breen had a blood-alcohol content of .23 at the time of his arrest, Moore said.
Breen was also given several vehicle and traffic tickets by police.
On Dec. 11, police received a call from a concerned citizen reporting that a man, who appeared to be intoxicated, had just gotten into a vehicle and was driving on Columbia Street, Moore said.
