The Board of Management and the Supervisory Board are to propose a dividend of 2.30 euros per share for the business year of 2020 at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 9 June 2021 (dividend of previous year: 2.00 euros). On the basis of the share price at the end of 2020 (92.50 euros), shareholders will be receiving a dividend yield of 2.5% with the dividend proposed.
