(NYSE:SF) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on shares of its common stock of $0.15 per share, payable March 15, 2021, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 1, 2021. As previously announced on November 11, 2020, this represents a 32% increase in our quarterly common stock dividend.
The Board of Directors also declared a quarterly cash dividend on the outstanding shares of its 6.25% Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series A (the Series A Preferred Stock ), 6.25% Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series B (the Series B Preferred Stock ), and 6.125% Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series C (the Series C Preferred Stock ).
