Kentel A. Robinson, 29, of New Haven was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation and first-degree unlawful restraint.
Annalise Rolon, 20, of Meriden was charged Wednesday with operating/towing an unregistered vehicle, improper use of markers, theft of plates/inserts, driving without minimum insurance and operating under suspension.
Travis A. Carlson, 25, of 148 Benham Road was charged Wednesday with operating under suspension, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.
