The housing accountability act is about the entitlement. If it is a project that doesnt meet the standards, or if it is a project that needs conditional use, that is your purview. The bill is not about the post entitlement timeframe. It is about getting the project to approval. That makes sense. Lastly, objective Design Standards, i think we have talked about that.
