Police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred Saturday Night at about 9:22 pm.
26 year old Devin Hogan was driving east on South Grand Avenue from Fourth Street while a second car driven by 38 year old Stephanie Smith was traveling west in lane one on South Grand Avenue from Fifth Street. Hogan left the eastbound lanes and struck Smith’s car on the rear passenger side. The two were taken to the hospital with minor injuries, as was one of the passengers in Smith’s car, 46 year old Steven Rutherford. 37 year old David Sirtout from Edinburg died, he was also a passenger in Smith’s car.
