January 5, 2021 Donald P. Wiedmann, 93, of Lewes, formerly of Fenwick Island, Seaford and Buffalo, N.Y., died Saturday, Jan. 2, 2021, at The Moorings at Lewes of non-COVID-related causes.  He was born in Buffalo, and graduated from PS 66 in 1941, and Buffalo Technical High School in 1945.  Mr. Wiedmann served in the Army Specialized Training Reserve Program in 1945.  He graduated from Clarkson University (Potsdam, N.Y.) with a degree of bachelor of mechanical engineering in 1951.  Mr. Wiedmann worked for the DuPont Company in Seaford for over 33 years, retiring in 1985.  At the time of his death, he was living at The Moorings at Lewes where he had moved to in 2007.
