A gun registered to the now-deceased Torraize Armstrong during a Saturday police confrontation was also used in a drive-by shooting earlier that day, according to authorities.
Police say the officer was trying to pull over 40-year-old Torraize Armstrong, who was driving a car involved in a drive-by shooting on Pennell Street, over the weekend in Chester.
