Funeral services for Steven Adam Neer age 50, of Russell will be held Friday, March 5th at 11:00am at the Pierschbacher Funeral Home in Chariton. Visitation with the family present will be Thursday, from 4:00-8:00pm also at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Russell Volunteer Fire Department or to the family.
