Alan Grieve and Trevor Petersen, both independent non-executive directors, informed the Board of their
intention to retire as directors of the Company upon the conclusion of their second three-year term of
appointment on 14 February 2022. The Board is in the process of actively recruiting two new independent non-
executive directors and the Company will make further announcements when it is in a position to confirm the
appointments.

Deeming the initial rollout of license plate readers in town a success, Atherton town officials will purchase additional readers using a $52,250 donation from an anonymous donor. The plan is to install some along busier intersections, including along El Camino Real.
With the City Council s approval during last week s April 21 meeting to purchase an additional 10 cameras licensed by the manufacturer for two years of use, the town will soon have a total of 43 automated license plate readers installed.
Automated license plate readers (ALPRs) are mounted on police cars or on fixtures such as road signs and bridges. The town plans to put additional cameras at westbound Stockbridge Avenue at El Camino Real, westbound Almendral Avenue at El Camino Real, southbound Alameda De Las Pulgas at Stockbridge Avenue and elsewhere. Some 22 of these 43 cameras are privately funded.

Palm Springs Opera Guild, which was held at the O’Donnell Golf Club and expertly produced by
Laurie Baldwin, Opera Guild CEO and
JoAnne Thompson, executive assistant.
The event was set against the beautiful backdrop of the mountains as the setting sun cast large clouds of shade over the audience. The attendees were dressed in Palm Springs casual, the men wearing Panama hats, white slacks and an occasional blazer while women dressed in elegant and fashionable dresses and chapeaus.
Patty Newman observed that “it is wonderful we have reached the point when we can all come together again, continuing to practice social distancing and masks.” Everyone wore masks while socializing unless sitting at socially-distanced tables enjoying champagne, wine, sparkling water and hors d’oeuvres provided by

After David Wolf retired from a career in higher education, he climbed into his Honda Civic and left his Santa Rosa home on a mission to visit as many community colleges as he could in a week of driving.
When he returned from this road trip Wolf began work on his legacy the Campaign for College Opportunity.
