PORT HADLOCK — The owner of a boat that sank in Lower Hadlock Bay is working to salvage the vessel after the Coast Guard ascertained it had spilled no fuel or oil, according to an agency spokesperson.
The U.S. Coast Guard initially said three American citizens and a dog were rescued from the sinking vessel about three kilometres south of the capital around 7 p.m. last Friday.
