Neighbors say they had no idea. To my right theres security. This is a gated community. Down this way an elementary school. And police say this probably was going on for at least three months. Take a look at this video from inside the home. Police say the people growing marijuana inside this house werent even owning or renting the place. Its bank owned. Someone from the bank came to check on the place , found a lot of marijuana, and called police. A Drug Task Force made up of federal and local agencies went inside. A sergeant tells us at least 114 plants were found with up to a 300 thousand dollar street value. And 1520 thousand dollars worth of equipment. We even saw calendars on the wall a schedule for the grow. Police tell us a bust like this is significant because they believe its tied to an illegal Drug Delivery service. And people buying marijuana that way. Some of them medical marijuana patients, are becoming victims of crimes like robberies, burglaries and identity theft. Craig

A metro officer is recovering after he was kicked in the head by an outof control suspect. And the story is quite bizarre. 13 action News Reporter Parker Collins spoke with someone who saw the whole thing play out by Summerlin Parkway and buffalo. Parker . Thats right. Theyre telling me it was a scary scene. Police tell us they came out here for a call. And found a naked teen jumping on a car they tried to calm him down and take him in. But it wasnt working. Eventually. The kid kicked an officer in the head. That officer had to go to umc trauma. Could have a concussion. So did the suspect. Police think he was on something. Metro police say a man and a teenage girl were shot and are in critical condition. They have reason to believe those involved knew each other and this was not random. Crime scene tape cordons off homes in a gated Summerlin Community for hours. Around 4 40 wednesday morning there was a shooting inside a home on garden glen way. Officers arrived to find two victims suffering gunshot wounds. They were rushed to umc. Detectives started processing the scene and worked well into the late afternoon. Metro Police Officer Michael Rodriguez our detectives are actively searching for additional evidence looking for additional witnesses related to this crime. The suspects had taken off by the time officers arrived. A gun was found lying in the grass in a park across the street. Detectives believe this gun was involved in the crime.
