Meat consumption across the world has been rising since the 1960s. Some countries, like the United States, Argentina and Australia, eat far more meat than others - but as a rule, humanity s taste for animal protein continues to grow.
Commercial farming has contributed to climate change, caused widespread deforestation, impacted biodiversity and polluted waterways.
It s clear that we need to change our relationship with meat. So what s the answer?
